Jon's Watches offers the following Returns Policy: We will take your watch back for exchange or refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. The watch needs to be sent back in new condition with all the original papers and packaging. We're sorry that we are unable to refund shipping and handling charges. I am normally able to ship your watch out next business day from when payment is received. Most watches will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US, and USPS Insured Priority Mail internationally. International buyers, please keep in mind that customs delays are both unavoidable and unpredictable. I am unable to speed this sometimes frustrating process. Also remember that customs fees can be incurred; these will be your responsibility. The value of the watch will be declared to be the watch purchase price, so that the watch can be insured for this value. I accept Paypal only. Payment should be received within 7 days.
